Our school does not offer trial classes as such, we are afraid. We understand that choosing a school and course that suits each student’s needs might not always be easy, but, unfortunately, due to quality and organisational aspects, that is a service that we do not provide. Students wishing to try before committing must purchase the shortest possible duration: 1 private hour or 1 week of intensive (or intensive+).

Our prices are calculated based on the total number of lessons that students buy each time and the total cost of the course is adjusted to the actual number of hours held: weeks when the school is closed (Christmas, for instance) or when students are away (breaks) are always deducted. Also holidays when there is no class (except with our basic rate). Only classes that have been paid are secured: students can simply purchase any duration they choose and as many times as they want as long as there is availability. Therefore, paying in instalments is not possible. For example, a student who intends to do two weeks of group classes could [1] book and pay it all or [2] just one week and then add another. The first option will be cheaper, but the second may be a better choice for students unsure of how long they will be staying, that could be leaving earlier than expected or that simply prefer not to pay much in one go. In short: students can purchase any number of lessons (considering their unit of reference) and then extend their course (if available) the way that suits them best: hour by hour, week by week, month by month... Students may pay differently (depending on the rates and offers available at the time of booking or on any discount they may be entitled to), but they are not separated into groups based on this, only on the type of course selected and their level.

Booking a course with us is really easy: just need to submit the signup form on our website. We will then double check that everything is ok (will contact you otherwise) and, if so, you will receive a confirmation email with the actual quote and instructions, easy as that. We understand how difficult it is to arrange everything, so we will always try our best to make things a little bit easier for everyone by being as flexible as possible. There is no need to rush in, take as much time as you need and, if anything is not clear enough, just ask, this is what we are here for. As much as we would love to live up to everyone’s expectations, we know that might not be possible, but a calm decision is definitely the best starting point. Paying at the time of booking (once availability is confirmed) is necessary to secure a reservation. Students may cancel their courses at any time and with immediate effect, no need to explain why (we will not ask, promise). It is always sad to see someone go, but we understand they must have their reasons and it is not our intention to make things complicated for anyone. If we are informed at least 10 days ahead, proportional fees will be reimbursed (a cancellation penalty of one day of class for each day of delay will be applied otherwise). An additional processing fee of 2% on the total amount will be applied, but only for courses that had been paid by card. Do not forget, however, that some bookings are subject to specific conditions: with our basic rate, for example, it will be 20% in all cases. In case the school has issued or validated any supporting document as proof of inscription (an acceptance letter or enrolment certificate, for instance, but not an invoice) at the request of a student, resulting fees can only be refunded if they are denied a permit to stay in the country by Spanish authorities (official letter required). It is very important to keep in mind that any amount paid for accommodation is never reimbursed. Unfortunately, since we do not own the rooms our students rent through us, this is not a decision we have made nor that we can change. Remember that all communications are registered and effective within admin hours. Any session cancelled by the school in case of unforeseen circumstances is always refunded.
