The total cost of the course will be adjusted to the actual number of hours held: weeks when the school is closed (Christmas, for instance) or when students are away (see next paragraph) are always deducted. Also holidays when there is no class (except with our basic rate).

Students can take breaks (whole weeks, up to 30 in total per booking) from their course if they wish, just need to let us know at least 10 days ahead so that lessons are postponed.

Other days missed may be saved as credit for future purchases if we are informed at least one hour ahead (no justification required). It is important to keep in mind that this is not possible with our basic rate, so classes missed in this case are not compensated in any way (no exception: emergency, illness...).
