Missing class and breaks

We may postpone lessons missed (up to 3 per week) if we are informed before 09.00 (or one day ahead and within customer care hours for private sessions).

These are automatically rescheduled by the school and added at the end of the current course (or as soon as there is availability), extending it as many days as students could not make it to class, easy as that.

It is important to keep in mind that this is not possible with our basic rate nor with extensive courses, so classes missed in these cases are not compensated in any way (no exception: emergency, illness...).

In any case, the total cost of the course will be adjusted to the actual number of weeks held: those when the school is closed (Christmas, for instance) or when students are away (see next paragraph) are always deducted. Also holidays when there is no class (except with our basic rate).

Remember that students can take breaks (whole weeks, up to 30 in total per booking) from their course if they wish, just need to let us know at least 10 days ahead so that lessons are postponed (except extensive).
