Cancellation policy

Students may cancel at any time (before or during the course), they just need to request it at least 10 days ahead and within admin hours (Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00).

Cancellation fee for courses purchased with the regular rate depends on how students paid for the course:

► In cash: free (full refund)

► Via SEPA transfer: free (full refund)

► By card: 2% of the total amount paid

Cancellation fee for courses purchased with the basic rate: 5% of the total amount paid.

Sessions cancelled by the school in case of unforeseen events are fully refunded in all cases.
