What is the basic rate?

 

An optional discount: each week of intensive, intensive+, combo or combo+ for the price of four days; two sessions free with every extensive pack; or a -20% on private lessons.

 

It is a more affordable option than the regular rate, but also less flexible (all details below): students can choose the one they prefer.

 

 

Can I take breaks?

 

Yes, it is possible with both rates to take whole-week (Monday to Friday) breaks.

 

Students must inform us at the time of booking for weeks to be deducted (along with those when the school is closed, like Christmas) or at least 10 days ahead (if the course had already started) for them to be postponed.

 

Holidays when there is no class (1 May, for example) are not charged.

Are absences compensated?

 

Not with the basic rate. Any day when students do not attend class (justified or not) is never postponed, deducted nor refunded.

 

With the regular rate, they are saved as credit for future purchases (at least 1-hour notice required).

Is there a cancellation fee?

 

A 20% of the total amount with the basic rate.

 

With the regular rate, it depends on how students pay for their course:

Cash: free

SEPA: free

Card: 2%

 

Cancellations must be requested at least 10 days ahead and within admin hours (Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00).

 

 

Anything else?

 

It is not possible to combine services with the basic rate. Doing a group course and some private sessions at the same time, for example, or booking accommodation through us is not allowed. Oh, and inscriptions must be completed by 14:00 on Friday the week before.
