What is the basic rate?

An optional discount. Pay just four days for each week of intensive, intensive+, combo or combo+; get two sessions free with every extensive pack; or a -20% on private lessons. It is a more affordable option than the regular rate, but also less flexible (all details below). Students can choose the one they prefer.

Can I miss class?

It is possible with both rates to take whole-week breaks from Monday to Friday. Students must inform us at the time of booking for them to be deducted (not counted as course time, they will not be charged) or at least 10 days ahead (if classes had started and had already been paid) for them to be postponed.

Breaks notified late and other days during the week when students do not attend class can be saved as credit for future purchases. Students must inform us at least 1 hour ahead and must have purchased their current course with the regular rate (not applicable to the basic one).

Days when we are closed and there is no class are not charged. Holidays and school breaks such as Christmas or 1 May.

Is there a cancellation fee?

A 5% of the total amount paid with the basic rate. With the regular rate, it depends on whether students paid for their course in cash (free, full refund), via SEPA transfer (free, full refund) or by card (2% of the total amount paid).

Students may cancel at any time (before or during the course). They must request it at least 10 days ahead and within admin hours (Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00).

Sessions cancelled by the school in case of unforeseen events are fully refunded in all cases.

Anything else?

It is not possible to combine services with the basic rate. Doing a group course and some private sessions at the same time, for example, or booking accommodation through us is not allowed. Oh, and inscriptions must be completed by 14:00 on Friday the week before.
